I would look to trade Tejada and Chipper, and start Cantu at 3b, and Aviles at SS. Aviles will start to improve, and give you some steals. I would look to upgrade pitching for sure with Tejada and Jones. Get another closer and starter. You team is pretty solid on the whole though, but probably won't win the league.
