How to best deal with stress and depression, serious help needed?
So currently I am in a very very difficult situation. I missed an entire week of college courses for athletics and now that I am back I am faced with 5 tests in senior level biology courses. In addition to this I was essentially simultaneously rejected by two girls I had my heart set on in the past two days. After dealing with something as harsh as this I am having an impossible time getting caught up in these courses and now I have tests for the next three days, these cirstances have left me no motivation to study. I am normally a very good student but these set of cirstances are tearing me apart. Any recommendations on what I can do to relieve this stress and not move into a cycle of depression?
