What good experiences has anybody had with Harveys Furniture? ?

We bought our sofa from there at Easter. Once we'd made our choice the staff in the shop we more interested in going home (it was near closing time) than sorting out the paperwork, and it did take a bit longer than we were told for delivery (which actually suited as we were still decorating) but after that no problems. They were very good at arranging delivery dates, even holding onto it for a while longer so we could finish decorating, and delivery men were friendly and helpful. It has since developed a squeak but shop person (different store) was very helpful and gave us a number to call and they are arranging to send someone out to look at it. Overall, not bad, especially considering some companies.
