What is a comprehensive, simple animation program?

I need to make a teaser-trailer for a play as part of a cl I'm taking. Is there a simple animation program that comes preloaded with graphics, sound clips and maybe a voice synthesizer. I don't need anything terribly complicated just some faces to pop up over a background and shout a few lines. Any help would be much appreciated!
