Help please with my new nokia n86?

hi i just got my new nokia n86 yesterday in kuwait and well just 15 minutes ago it was working fine but then i went to the images and it got stuck and i cant turn it off for some reason and the Camera is broken i don't know whats wrong with it ps when i go out from the gallery there's a Circle please help i don't want my family to get mad
