Do you think the Wikipedia article about the Czech Air Force was created by someone who knows a lot about it?

I wouldn't necessarily say "a lot", but the creator of that Wikipedia article was a C.Phil (all but dissertation toward the PhD degree) at Temple University, working on a dissertation about the Czech and Polish aviation industries in the interwar period (especially the 1930's).
