I'm too skinny, please help?

Have you tried drinking Ensure? One with every meal? My brother is exactly the same but he is 6'4" so it was worse.. he started with Ensure.. and also working out like you are doing.. and he slowly but surely gained weight and got more fit! Ensure is easy and it works! Best of Luck! :)
