Moving to perth being an undergraduate student?

i'm intending to moving to perth from bangladesh. how is the city like. i was born there but moved here when i was too little to recall a thing! now i am 22.hows the part time job market for students there.all i heard from my parents is its a beautiful city. how are the people like. will it be tough getting an accomodation anyway...need some good piece of advice.
