Philosophy Makeup Optional for Congested Skin: I'm breaking out!?!?
A lot of people have recommended Philosophy's Makeup Optional for Congested Skin to me so I got it. I've been using it for 1 1/2 weeks and my skin is breaking out much more than usual. Is it just clearing my pores out? Is this normal?
