Question re: Vehicle title?

I divorced back in 2007. My exes name is on the vehicle title as a co-signer, but the vehicle is registered in my name, and the divorce papers clearly state that I got the car in the divorce, and that he "reliquishes any interest in the vehicle free and clear". Well, I'd like to trade the car in...and he now lives in Arizona (I live in Michigan). Will the divorce papers be enough to prove to the DMV and/or any dealership that the vehicle is mine to sell?
