What exactly is the difference between the post-Vatican II Catholic Church to traditional Catholicism?

I know that this is Al the Traditional Catholic's account. You just make multiple accounts, ask questions, and then answer your own questions. There is no difference. Post-Vatican II is still traditional Catholicism. It's sedevacantism that has broken from Tradition.
